Put proxy and port in your browser proxy setting then
open home page in url..
Balance:-small 3g pack required (also try on 0 balance)
For mobile users :
Go to apn setting..
And use proxy and port as given above..
Then open home page in your default browser
I have checked this trick my self in "UP West" in 3G
mode. Maximum speed checked by me is 1.2mbps in
IDM
