Get Android L User Interface on Android Jelly Bean And Icecream Sandwich
Android L beta has been launched few weeks back. Its preview is available for the Google Nexus users. If you are running on the Android Jelly bean and want to get the new Android L user interface, the way is very simple. You have to just install few apps from the Play Store.

1) Nova Launcher
2) Moonshine Icon Pack (It includes wallpapers too)
3) Transparent weather clock (Optional)
Install the Nova Launcher and Moonshine Icon Pack.
Apply the Nova launcher. Open the Moonshine and Apply Theme. (This will install the icon pack which are very much closer to the Android L AOSP icons). Transparent clock weather app gives a transparent weather plus clock widget that have customizable weather icons and background.
You can also select the Android Kitkat Icons pack from Nova Launcher, Go to Nova Setting > Look and Feel > Icon Pack > Google Kitkat .
This has been tested on Android Jelly bean, as this apps also support Android 4.0 it will work on Android Icecream Sandwich too.
