short instructions

Start with boot-loader unlocked
fastboot unlocked phone

download TWRP 2.8.4.0 recovery image package
che1-l04_twrp_2.8.4.0_recoveryV2.0.7z

Do not use SuperSU as it does not work well with the EMUI the prompt dont appear and you have to make it default to auto grant all not secure

download Superuser from ClockworkMod
http://download.clockworkmod.com/sup.../superuser.zip

copy the zip into a SD card and insert the card in the phone

# test the TWRP 2.8.4.0 recovery image without flashing
fastboot boot che1-l04_twrp_2.8.4.0_recovery.img

# flash TWRP 2.8.4.0 the recovery image
fastboot flash recovery flash che1-l04_twrp_2.8.4.0_recovery.img

# restore EMUI stock recovery
fastboot flash recovery che1-l04_recovery_stock.img


install superuser.zip inside TWRP

you can also flash BusyBox-v1.23.1-Stericson.zip
