i need help to hardreset lava flair z1
i googled and found the key
volume + and power key method But It Didnot work for me so anybody know how to do hardreset lava flair z1 please post here

why that method not work is your mobile going in official recovery mode or not

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume UP key + Power Key
3. Release all key when you see Android logo
4. Press Power key
5. Press Volume Up key to enter Recovery Mode
6. Use Volume key to select Menu
7. Use Power key to Confirm or Execute Menu
