From two days unorderd parcel is coming under my name,number abd address.How can this be possible?
Delivery boy was himself confused and was telling if this happen more my account will be blocked.What can I do?

But for every order I do I get a confirmation msg,dispatch msg
Also I get a mail ,
But In this case I only get msg on the day of delivery and no mail received,
Can't it be their mistake?

Bro go to their nearest office and report your issue as well as tell them not to block your account. And try to give Believe them that it's not your fault..
