Follow this steps to see and download your Google search history:-
1): Visit your Web & App Activity page. Here you can see your Goggle search History
2): In the top right corner of the page, click on Download.
3): Choose Create Archive.
4): When the download is complete, you’ll get an email confirmation with a link to the data. The data is stored in your Google Drive in “Takeout folder”, which can be downloaded to a desktop.
