IP Blocker (Stop incoming attacks/DoS/Hacking)

IP Blocker
This is a simple tool to quickly block an IP address. It is currently for Windows based platforms only but there are plans to extend to others. It blocks all inbound/outbound traffic via interfacing the windows firewall (which must be enabled and the only one in use), this effectively drops all connections to/from the IP specified, and is particularly useful as a countermeasure for being hacked/attacked by a system(s). Also interfaces netstat as a reference which updates in 10 second intervals, and also advanced firewall to change/remove blocked IP's among additional things.
