NO, you can't connect both routers at the same time.The server at the other end can only talk to one router on a line at one time.
If wireless is not possible then try "homeplug". It connects computers through the mains wiring. Various manufacturers. You just need a Ethernet connection on your pc. Or there are some that will connect via USB.

bhai dono connct kr...network connection m ja k...dono select kri...bridge pr click kr dena ho jayega...other then if u connct two or more connctn cnct at a time u can use cproxy..but one browser use one cnct and other browser use another cnctn
