First install troid vpn from play store you can download apk from google
Comming to trick
First open troid vpn and select any server
Then put Lport -443 and rport-00
Then click on advance and put
proxy-120.72.92.99
Port-3128
Host:122.170.122.215/@
And then connect its working fine
