help to Unlock Moto G3 16GB - rimshabbir - 08-23-2015
I was using Moto G3 lollipop 5.1, the mobile got locked i forgot the lock pattern, than I hard format it the phone got started but now it is asking for the same Email Id which was synced previously
But i also forget the Email Id which was logged in It.....
Now again and again I m trying but noting happening,
So how to solve this problem as my phone is useless now
Plz plz plz help
phone says "This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a Google Account that was previously synced on this device."
plz help any one I am very tensed

power and volume down than recovery mode than wipe data and wipe cache partition both has been done but problem is same

if u enabled already USB dibugging mode on then cheak this therd bro

One and first thing that you need to do is Power Off your
device and wait for a minute.
After doing this press UP volume key then hold it and now
press home key and press and hold it for few seconds.
Now to restart it press Power key.
After this process you will see a Android’s secret menu that
you wouldn’t see before it.
Now press home key to scroll that appeared menu.
Now it will display a option like remove or delete all user
data.
It will take fraction of seconds.
Now you have figure out your problem.
Now just have access of your device.

%Mach bhai my pattern is not locked, after hard formatting my phone is asking for the same email id which I already forgot so how to unlock that My version is 5.1 lollipop
I done all the things U said Above but My phone says "Enter the email Id which was previously synced" and I dont know that

same problem for me, i wrote letter to Motorola,emailed them phone call, service centers, but everything failed, last wish of me is to go to consumer court.
Letter i wrote: HELLO MOTOROLA,
This is Manoj from Chennai, I would like to thank for the best Android phones you offer us,Let to come to the point, I have brought moto g 3rd gen via flipkart 2 weeks back, I brought the phones for my cousin (10 year old boy) , he mistakenly forget the email id or phone number they entered, they did factory reset after that, we unable to open the phone its locked, asking for email/password and phone but none of the above works , please help, we gone to Motorola customer service representative in t.nagar Chennai, but they also opened their hands and failed to help us,You’re the only trust I believe you Motorola, I can send you the imei numbers / flipkart buyer details too, help me to get out this security issues.

even custom rom cannot be installed in moto g3 without roorting and having access.

I TRIED MANY WAYS, AS EXPERT- I CANNOT FIND A SOLUTION, this problem exist only for 1 out of many many thousands,
