How to disable background apps in Windows 10 - Red - 09-05-2015
Steps:
1.Click the Windows 10 Start icon on your desktop.*.Go to “Settings”.
2.On the settings menu, select “Privacy”.
3.On the privacy window, you’ll see a list of options on the left pane. Scroll down the list and then choose “Background apps”.
4.On the right pane, you’ll see a list of apps that are running in the background.
5.To stop an app from running in the background, simply switch it “OFF” and that’s it.
When disabled, the app will no longer run in the background but you can always switch it back on.
6.The same method applies to apps that you’ve downloaded from the Microsoft Store.
Whenever you install a third-party app, it will be automatically added to your list of background apps.
So just simply turn it off.
