No bro, your sim card is not going to be block.
I think whenever you have done this trick their will be a mistake happen, that's why sim blockage caused..
And that's why i also add Droid VPN in this trick to prevent these harms. Otherwise, their is proxy trick is also available..

Brother there are only few pre-defined TCP ports which could be used for accessing free internet on any telecom network generally they are TCP-443,TCP-80,TCP-8080 & TCP-53.But Pd-proxy will never scan for open TCP port like UDP ones when you set TCP search port protocol to 0,It will only search for universal HTTPS TCP-443 port when You set it To 0.....
