OK bro then go to setting click on more seting and click on access point setting(APN)
then create new setting or modify already saved setringn just put proxy proxy-service.de and use port 80 them save and open default browser only and put the url http://121.100.50.168
then its open a page and put any website on that page. and access freely .if its works then we tell u also VPN or handler trick first try it bro
