Bhai hmne paytm me 2000 ka shoe order kra tha par usme promocode apply nhi kra tha hmne order cancel to kr diya hai par refund error bta rha hai 12 hour se jada ho gya h refund nhi aya hai kya kre help me bro seriously want help

Bhai yr 12 hour se jada ho gye h hmne 2 order cancel kre hai dono same method se ek item ka refund immediate aa gya ek ka aaya hi nahi care@paytm.com me bhi msg kra pr koi rply nhi aya kya kre hme whi shoe order krna hai promocode apply krke kya kre btao
