my pc was freezed nw - muni3141 - 12-02-2015
i installed kaspersky anti virus software in my pc which is posted in tricksduniya.......after installation
my pc freezed and show like “Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collecting some error info, and then we’ll restart for you. . (100% complete)”

Perform a clean Windows boot to find out and remove the program.
How to perform a Clean Startup/Boot to Troubleshoot Windows 8, 7.
1.Press “Windows”+ “R” keys to load the run dialog box.
2.Type msconfig and press enter to open System Configuration settings.
3.At General tab, select Selective startup and uncheck the Load startup items checkbox.
4.At Services tab, click to check the Hide all Microsoft services checkbox.
5.Press the Disable all button.
6.Press OK and restart your computer.
7.After the restart, check if your computer works smoothly.
If your computer works properly while in clean boot, then follow again the above procedure, but re-enable one service or program each time and restart your computer until you find out which program or service causes the problem.
How To Exit from Clean Boot.
1.Run msconfig command again.
2.At Boot tab, select Normal startup.
3. Press OK and restart your computer.

again also freezed screen with that error
